Well, it’s been a while coming but I thought I’d experiment with writing a blog as an extension of my Instagram account. I realise people usually do this the other way around but occasionally it’s good to be slightly backward!

Like my IG account, this blog will mostly cover the the three things I love – fashion, food and travel.

I have been a massive fan of fashion since I got my first bikini aged 6 – a pink floral number. I clearly recall (and it was quite some time ago) how amazing it made me feel to wear such a beautiful thing and how I refused to take it off! The power of a good purchase is something that never ceases to excite me and as a result I have an unhealthily-close relationship with my DHL man (if I drop dead at home he’ll probably find me before my husband does).

Food has been another passion from a young age. I have always had a large appetite which could explain my obsession, and have cooked and baked for as long as I can remember; so can appreciate how much work goes into creating a perfect dish. I have non-coeliac gluten intolerance which has taken a few years to get used to, however it has just added an interesting challenge to eating and cooking. This does not stop me from appreciating (from across the table) and photographing gluten-full dishes on a regular basis! As well as featuring restaurants I’ve eaten in, I’ll also be including some gluten-free recipes of my own. In a clean-living, sugar-free world; I’ll be rebelling and bringing you some old fashioned baking, as it’s the one thing I’ve found I miss the most.

I have travelled quite extensively and having two children has definitely added a new dimension to my travel habits. I particularly love boutique hotels as they offer so much in terms of individual character,  service and style.

A few other things I love and will no doubt feature within these categories are interiors, architecture, photography and design.

I hope through this blog, I can share some of the things I am passionate about and hopefully learn some things from you along the way.

Thanks for reading!

Love your style and your collection, very inspiring.
I love to see more pictures of your collection and foods and maybe the hotels you’ve been staying in, to get inspiration for my next trips. X
