My love for accessories continues no matter the time of year and the festive season always brings with it some extra sparkle. Accessories also make great gifts for the women in your life hence why I’ve also called this a gift guide (plus I couldn’t help adding in a few coffee table books and beauty favourites). Some of these things I already own and love, some are vintage and therefore one-offs. All in all, I’d be pretty happy if any of them turned up under the tree.

Elizabeth Arden’s 8 hour cream is one of my beauty essentials. It really comes into its own in the Winter months – I use it on my lips and any rough, dry patches I have. Another one of my beauty favourites is one of these silk pillowcases from Slip – it really makes a difference to the condition of your hair and you no longer wake up with a creased face!

I’ve been a big fan of Duo Boots for years – I have a ridiculous stash of them. This year I really liked the fact they had some unusual colours (not just the standard brown and black) which is why I bought this navy leather pair and the over-the-knee pair in grey suede. If you’re like me and find trying to buy the perfect long fitted boot a real chore, Duo’s great as the boots come in different calf widths.
Leather accessories such as long boots and a nice belt are great for giving silk dresses a new lease of life for the Winter.

I’m loving all these lady-like vintage style top-handle bags and unusual pearl earrings that are around at the moment. They bring such an elegance and refinement to an outfit. I particularly like anything with a hint of the unexpected.

I love this Rejina Pyo bag, it’s such an unusual shape and comes in a few different colour ways.
Gianvitto Rossi makes the most beautiful ankle boots – I love that he does lots of different heel heights and loves a pointed toe as much as I do. So comfortable and elegant.
These white Jimmy Choo boots have also been on my wishlist for a while. They’re such a fresh alternative to black.
Well, a girl can dream!
My next fashion posts will be on party dressing and the sales! That time of year when I seriously need to hide my credit card from myself.
